Description
Tractor Cottage is a pretty Norfolk brick-and-flint barn with charming original features, close to Weybourne beach in a quiet cul-de-sac called Home Farm Rise. Tractor has been completely modernised throughout.
Tractor Cottage – map location indication – is 5 minutes' walk to the north from our Home Farm site and 2 minutes' walk to the centre of the village.

Note: If we are put back into a lock down and we have to cancel your holiday you will be offered a full refund, a holiday move or a voucher. Until that time if your balance is due you do need to carry on and pay it as per our T&Cs. If your area is put into a localized lock down please contact me immediately. If you have to cancel due to illness or have been told to self isolate this is something for your own holiday insurance. 'Trail Finders' I understand include cover if you have been told to self isolate.
The pool will be working on time slots and will be issued a week before your stay. This seems to work well with 95% of my regular guests have reported preferring time slots to swimming at any time. Getting 19 cottages into 14 slots per day has not been easy though. Each property has been timetabled 5 slots of 45 minutes throughout the week. These will come to you with the 'Arrival' email sent 6 days before your arrival date. Short breaks, a 3 nights stay will get two slots, four nights will get 3 slots. We have a 'Swap Slot' board in the laundry room so guests can put up any slots they would like to try to swap during their stay. As we head into winter we will not always be fully booked. This means there will be more time slots available but please discuss this with me on your arrival.
The games room is open. Family bubbles only. The soft play and gym are closed for the foreseeable future as we can not meet the guidelines. The outdoor play and tractor ride on areas are available and we now have an all weather table tennis table.
