The Cottages
Sleeping from 2 to 7 people, our holiday cottages are traditional, North Norfolk brick-and-flint cottages.
The cottages are furnished to be comfortable and well appointed with everything you need for a good holiday, self-catering. They include all the usual facilities (see each cottage's page), are "non-smoking" and unused by pets (except for Rosedale Barn Cottage).
Each cottage has its own page with description, photos, list of facilities, availability/tariff calendar, and link to the location plan.
Swimming Pool, Play Area, Games… & Other Shared Facilities
- Indoor, heated swimming pool (12m.x5m. or 40ft.x17ft.)
- Children's play area with climbing frame, swings, picnic tables and play house ('Middleton Cottage')
- Games room equipped with pool and table tennis tables
- DVDs, books, magazines, puzzles, and games
- Wireless Internet access point (Wi-Fi)
- Local information and maps
- Laundry room (incl. washing machine & tumble dryer, use of washing line)
- Ample off-road parking
