Cottage Description
Summary: Barnett's is a large detached flint house with its own private patio, garden and BBQ.
Ground floor: A twin bedroom, cloakroom and utility with shower - this combination is useful to family members who find stairs difficult. A large kitchen including a dishwasher with a small dining table to sit three people. The lounge diner has a brick fireplace with wood burner and patio doors leading onto the patio. The enclosed garden is south facing with views towards Kelling Heath.
First floor: A double bedroom and a large triple bedroom, both rooms have views of the village. Main bathroom.

If needed for small children: cots, highchairs, fireguards and stair gates provided free of charge.
Heating and electricity: included. Note: Barnett's cottage is heated by storage heaters and wood-burners (logs provided free from mid-September until early May). In addition, we provide plug-in convector heaters for extra warmth.
Parking: off-road parking for two cars.
